Does Your Parcel Qualify for Sunday & Holiday Deliveries?

Weekend delivery isn't automatic just because you used Speed Post. It depends on a few specific things:

You are sending between eligible cities: Right now, Delhi, Mumbai, Chennai, Kolkata, Bengaluru, and Hyderabad are eligible for such deliveries. Both the sending and receiving city need to fall within this list.

Booked specifically premium service, not standard post: 24 Speed Post covers documents starting from 50 grams. 24 Speed Post Parcel covers parcels between 500 grams and 5 kilograms. 48 Speed Post covers documents with a two-day guarantee. If you booked a regular Speed Post at the counter without specifically asking for one of these, your parcel follows the old weekday-only schedule.

You booked before cutoff time: To make the same-day departure needed for a next-day guarantee, bookings need to go in before 4 PM at regular post offices, or up to 6 PM at Bulk Booking Centres. If you miss the cutoff, your countdown effectively starts the next working day.
